ECatalog Manager/Licenses

eCatalog Manager can work offline without a license with many available features, but most of the features only make sense when the app is connected to Internet. When you want to take advantage of all the available features of the solution, you will need a license to communicate with our servers. Some licenses come with every installation of the app, others licenses will have to be acquired.

eCatalog Manager is the new version of Restaurant Menu. We have generalized its name due to the solution has became suitable for different kind of businesses more than just for restaurants. Restaurant Menu will keep available and updated in the same way as eCatalog Manager.

Types of licenses

Following are described all available types of licenses:

TRIAL license

With this license you can try almost all the virtues of the solution. This license displays advertisements.

This license is given for free and lasts 45 days from the first authentication that is made from a device.

LITE license

With this license you can operate with the solution working distributively on the menu/catalog configured on your account but with some limitations. This license displays advertisements.

This license is given for free and lasts 1 year from the first authentication that is made from a device.

PREMIUM license

With this license you have access to the following features and services:

• Keep the device synchronized with the cloud and so with all other licensed devices.
• Generate orders from the Guest role.
• Display the menu/catalog in any of the advanced views View at 2 levels or Multilevel view.
• Use any of the various color themes available.
• Edition and displaying of Modifiers on each order item.
• Access and exporting reports from the application and from the web portal.
• Viewing images at full resolution.
• Removal of advertising on the screens of the application.
• Printing of orders.
• Regular updates of the application.
• Priority support in English and Spanish.

PREMIUM SP license

This license enables displaying the slide player at full screen, especially useful for publishing offers in big displays like TVs or monitors.

Acquiring PREMIUM licenses

A PREMIUM license can be acquired from the app itself, to do so go to Preferences >> Information >> App licenses, or tap over the legend that says TRIAL, LITE or PREMIUM located in the top-right corner of the slider menu on the main screen. The password of the owner of the account is required for security reasons.

There are two modalities from which you can choose to acquire a PREMIUM license:

PREMIUM license per device

Each device use an exclusive license. If you want to use the app in many devices, you will need to acquire a license from each of them.

Device licenses (orange box)

PREMIUM license per user account

All devices connected with a user account use a unique license. This kind of license simplifies the license management, you will need to acquire a license only once and then all first devices (15, 30 or more) connected to your account will find license.

This modality is only available in the version that supports Paypal payments. If you are not seeing this modality, please download and install this version.
