The Reports feature that can be accessed from the home screen of eCatalog Manager allows you to generate reports at different levels of detail and grouping.

Information icon4.svg The reporting functionality is also available on the Web at backend.cymaxtec.net. Use the same login credentials that you use in the mobile application to access the Web application.

Types of reports

  • Order list: shows all orders created within the date range selected and that are in one of the statuses Closed, Verified or Paid.
  • Total sales: shows the total of each period of grouping in the range of dates selected and that are in one of the statuses Closed, Verified or Paid. This report also presents a useful Bar graph to display the progress of sales for the different periods.
  • Total sales by items: this report mixes Total sales report with totals per item of those order items who are in the statuses Requested, Processing, Ready or Delivered and for orders that are in one of the statuses Closed, Verified or Paid.


The results of the reports include strictly all orders whose creation date is within the date range selected, this means that for reports that support grouping, the extreme groups (the first grouping and the last one) may contain partial totals if hasn't been chosen as From date the start date of the first period, or if hasn't been chosen as To date the end date of the last period.


All reports are exportable to Excel. To display or edit an exported report from an Android device, you need an editing application that supports this format. We recommend Kingsoft Office version 5.5 or higher.
