Information icon4.svg The current user role can be changed by using the shortcut User role located in the slider menu in the Home screen or going to Preferences >> General settings >> User role.

The next options are available:

  • Hide options if they are not available: According to the User role selected (see User roles for more information), options (funtions, features, etc.) can be available or not. If this preference is Enabled, only available options will be shown.

  • Show order preview when printing: If this preference is Enabled, the preview of the order will be shown before the order is sent to the cloud for printing. For more information about printing orders, take a look at Printing orders.
